Cancellation and Refund Policy

- General Provisions
This Cancellation and Refund Policy governs the terms and conditions for cancellations, refunds, and other transactions related to ticket sales for the TIF2026 Tourism Investment Forum event. These conditions, established by the event organizer TYD Turizm Hizmetleri Danışmanlık A.Ş. (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”), are binding for all participants who purchase tickets.
By purchasing a ticket, each participant declares and undertakes that they have read, understood, and accepted this policy.

- Ticket Types and Refund Conditions
The following ticket types are offered for TIF2026 Tourism Investment Forum:
Early Bird Ticket
Standard Ticket
3.1. Non-Refundable Tickets
Early Bird and Standard tickets are strictly non-refundable. No refunds, reimbursements, credits, or vouchers will be issued for purchased tickets under any circumstances.
3.2. Service Fees and Transaction Charges
No service fees or transaction charges are applied to ticket sales. All ticket prices are listed inclusive of VAT.
- Ticket Transfer and Name Changes Ticket transfers are not permitted. Purchased tickets cannot be transferred to another participant.
Name changes are not allowed. If a participant change is required, the existing ticket cannot be canceled, and a new registration (new ticket purchase) must be made. - Event Cancellation or Postponement
5.1. Cancellation by the Organizer
In the event that the event is completely canceled by the Organizer, no ticket refunds will be issued. The Organizer is under no obligation to provide any reimbursement, credit, or voucher in case of cancellation.
5.2. Event Postponement
In the event of postponement:
Purchased tickets will be automatically transferred to the new date.
If the participant does not accept the new date, no refund will be issued.
Even if the participant cannot attend the event on the new date, the ticket price will not be refunded.
- Participant No-Show
In the event that a participant does not attend the event for any reason (no-show):
The ticket price will not be refunded.
No exceptions are made, including but not limited to medical reports, visa rejections, flight cancellations, accommodation issues, or other personal/third-party reasons.
- Payment Methods
Ticket payments can be made through the following methods:
Credit Card
Bank Transfer / EFT
All payments are processed in Turkish Lira (TL), inclusive of VAT.
- Visa, Flight, and Accommodation Issues No special refund or postponement rights are granted due to visa rejections, flight cancellations, accommodation issues, or similar third-party circumstances.
The responsibility for such situations lies entirely with the participant.
The Organizer is not responsible for participants’ travel and accommodation arrangements. - Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution This policy is subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
Ticket sales are conducted in accordance with Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and related legislation.
Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction over any disputes arising from this policy.
The participant declares that they have read and accepted the privacy notice regarding the processing of personal data under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK). - Policy Changes
The Organizer reserves the right to modify this Cancellation and Refund Policy without prior notice. The current policy will always be published on tif2026.com. The policy in effect at the time of ticket purchase shall apply.
- Acceptance and Consent
By purchasing a ticket, the participant declares that they have read, understood, and accepted all provisions of this Cancellation and Refund Policy.
